Firstly, use Odoreze™ Portable Odor Removal Deodorize & Cleaner to eliminate urine, fecal, and ammonia smell from your composting toilet in a safe manner. As an added benefit, it will also aid the composting process.
Dilute the product by mixing 3 oz. Odoreze™/gallon of water. Then simply pour ½-1 gallon in your toilet at night to allow it to work overnight. Repeat, as necessary, to continue to eliminate ongoing composting toilet odor problems. For really tough odors, you can increase the concentration by mixing 6 oz. Odoreze™/gallon of water or even adding 3-6 oz. concentrate without dilution into the toilet but do not use this strength anywhere else besides your toilet because it could cause staining problems.
You can also dilute 0.25 oz. Odoreze™/gallon of water and spray it in the air to deodorize and use it to wipe down counters and other hard surfaces. This product is sold as a super concentrate so it will last for a long time.

Secondly, you may use Smelleze® Reusable Toilet Smell Deodorizer Pouches to eliminate urine and fecal odor in your toilet. For a breath of fresh air, simply place Smelleze® a pouch on top of the commode tank or hang it discreetly on the side. If you have a HVAC forced air system, you may also place the Smelleze® pouches on your return air vents, and/or in your air handler system to continuously filter the odors out faster. Overall, use one large pouch for every 100 square feet of area treated and smell the difference. You can use additional pouches for areas with severe odors.
