When international orders are shipped from the USA to other countries via the United States Post Office (USPS), it is tracked when the shipment leaves our facility in Alpharetta, GA to the point it arrives in our international processing facility in Carol Stream, IL.
Unfortunately, USPS does not track packages after it leaves the Carol Stream, IL facility until it is delivered to you. Therefore, when you check your tracking, you won’t see any activity after Carol Stream and you might think your package is stuck but it’s actually in transit to you. The time it will take for your package to reach you will depend on your country and how long it takes to clear your customs. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over customs in another country. For small packages, its usually quick but if your package gets pulled out for detailed inspection, it might cause delays.
